Terms and Conditions Platform Usage mykd99

To register and use the mykd99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years or have reached the legal gambling age in the country or region where you reside, whichever is higher.
• Register under your own name as a real individual — not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• Are not on any list of individuals prohibited from gambling activities under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with mykd99.
• Have never had an account at mykd99 closed or banned due to fraud or prior terms violations.
• Not an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of any mykd99 employee.

Mykd99 reserves the right to request proof of identity and supporting documents at any time for age and identity verification purposes (KYC – Know Your Customer). Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the withholding of any account balance until verification is completed.

Mykd99 supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods, including FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other approved e-wallet options. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Deposit Processing Time: Instant to 15 minutes depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Between 30 minutes and 24 hours after KYC verification is complete.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are subject to your VIP membership tier.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a technical reason requires an alternative method. mykd99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a certain limit. This is a standard security procedure and not an obstacle to legitimate withdrawals.

Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. mykd99 does not provide currency exchange or fund transfer services between players. Any attempt to use the platform as a money transfer channel will result in account suspension and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.

All games available on the mykd99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by recognised independent bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including mykd99 itself.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. mykd99 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's mistake or misunderstanding of game rules. All game outcomes are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a genuine technical fault.

• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, the affected round may be cancelled and the bet returned.
• Winnings obtained through exploitation of system vulnerabilities or bugs will be voided.
• The use of automated software, bots, or third-party assistance systems is strictly prohibited.
• Mykd99 reserves the right to review any game or transaction suspected of containing irregular activity.

Mykd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all legitimate funds will be returned to the original payment method once the verification process is complete. Any active bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

The mykd99 platform is provided "as-is". While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous availability at all times. mykd99 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or system failures beyond our control.
• Internet connectivity issues, errors, or device failures on the player's end.
• Expected losses or gains from gaming or betting.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties including game providers or payment processors.

Mykd99's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mykd99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. For significant changes, we will notify members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mykd99 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to reflect the closest possible meaning to the original intent, while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
